20.02.10 The Vipul Business Park in Sector 48, Gurgaon was launched in 2007 and was to be completed in 2 yrs. So far this project has not even reached the basement parking level. No buyers/sellers agreement has been issued and signed so far and absolutely no feedback has been provided from the company on its expected time for completion.
