All owners have received a special assessment due to their sales in timeshares dropping and some owners are not paying their maintenance fees. They have assessed all owners almost $500 and given them 30 days to pay this "special Assess, emt" If not paid then we are going to be sent to collections. We also have been charged late fees and interest fees. I have been told I cannot sell, trade or use my timeshare until we pay.
