The Thompson Service Department could not figure out what was wrong with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It began in Feb of 2007. 4 Radiators, 1 heater core, 1 blendor and many, many, many heating system flushes and 3 years gone by they finally figured out the head gasket had blown out on the vehicle. Then preceeded to blame it on me that I should have know when each time I picked the car up they insisted they felt like they fixed my heating and cooling issues @ that particular time.
