Cicis Pizza is advertising 3.99 special on TV. I wnet to this store on Hwy. 6 cashier charged me $5.49 regular price I ask her 3.99 special, she call the Manager and he told me that we are not the participating store, I told him that company is adv. as 25th anaversary special ten he told me that they will start this promotion from Sunday, he was very rude and unprofessional.
