I bought my Hewlett Packard Photosmart printer C4580 from Currys on the 21 st August and everytime it prints the paper jambs. I took it back to them and I asked for my money back but they said they could not do this as it was outside the 28 day guarantee but i said there was years warrnaty. This is a faulty product and under the consumers policy I am entitiled to my money back. I am very disapponted with this product as I have had HP printers before and they never gave me any problems. Unless I receive my money back I wiil not buy another Hewlett Packard product again and I will also take this matter further to the comsumer council read full review »
