The sales agent, "Elliot" was smooth and sincere in his pitch yet our guaranteed pricing for the first 12 months went from $59.99 a month to $67.99 a month on our first invoice. It took a total of 8 phone calls through 5 customer service routes and 3 executive routes to get resolution.
