I do online surveys from time to time and some of the invitations use surveyrouter to supply surveys. Sometimes an hour glass shows up and then nothing happens. If I press refresh then I just have to reinsert my contact info etc... The tech support people keep telling me to turn off security and make cookies allowed. I have tried everything but 99 per cent of the time the surveys don't work. The times that anything happens I get an error or get diqualified. I don't know what to think.
