My complaint is very similar to another post. My daughter ordered a pair of boots and then after confirming the order, another $20 was added on for shipping. She cancelled the order via e-mail (the only contact listed). She got an e-mail back that said the order was cancelled, but there may be a handling fee. However, the charge was still added to her credit card along with another $3.75 for unknown, plus $1.88 for foreign service fee and another $0.94 for foreign transaction fee. We then e-mailed them again and have not got a response back. No boots and they still have her money. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!! read full review »
