I got an online quote on a Ryder truck rental: $54.00. When I went in to rent the truck, they tacked on a bunch of additional fees to the point that I paid about double the online quote (even without buying the additional insurance they offered). They said they would mail me a copy of the final receipt so that I could check the charges. They never mailed me a copy, even after repeatedly contacting their customer service department. read full review »
