December 5th 2009 I placed an order via webpage Canadapets.com for a Field Trainer collar. My credit card was charged and a receipt was given on December 5th 2009. I wait 2 weeks and decided to call see if the order had been shipped. No one respond, so I left a first message on December 19th but received no call back. It was Christmas time so I decided to wait on January to call back. Meanwhile, I wrote an e-mail asking if the order had been shipped.
