I ordcered product on December 14, 2009 for shippinf fee of $4.95. I cancelled order on December 21, 2009. I was told I would receive a cencellation email that never came.In February 17, 2010 I received a bottle of the product and $88.74 was deducted from my account.I called the customer service rep and was told that there was no record of my cancelling my order. I then cancelled the order again and they refused to let me send the unopened prodect back.
