I too am a long time tmobile customer. For the 2008 free companion ticket I was awarded 4 tickets 1 for each line I renewed. This was perfect because I was planning 2 trips and I knew I could use the tickets for me and my friends. However, I got nowhere on the tickets. Everytime I tried to book a flight it wasn't available. I contacted the company and they said they were ungrading the system and that I shouldn't have any more problems. Wrong!
