I ordered the product. It did not work. I followed procedures to cancel order but still received a second package. I returned the package by marking the box "return to sender". They have charged my credit card. I called and talked to a very rude employee. When asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for a very long time, then told I would be told the same thing the very rude employee had just told me.
