Fell behind on a few bills. Since then, I have been constantly "harassed" by GE Money Debt Collection. They call anywhere between 8 to 10 times a day, and can barely understand a word that they're saying. On top of that, recently, while talking to them, I heard a beeping noise in the background. Finally one day I asked about it, and found that they were recording me, without letting me know that they were recording me! What the? Is this even legal?
