I cancelled my EverBright smile trial purchase after reading hte fine print. After the long cancellation process, I received this email from Everbright smile: "We take charge backs very seriously. All internet credit card companies’ use these databases to access credit risk with customers and future purchases with other internet companies might be denies. I noticed many of you, like myself have had a bad experience dealing with Everbright smile, and the trial offer. I did do the trial offer, and tried to get in touch with customer service to cancel my order within 10 days so I would not be charged a ridiculous fee. After staying on hold for hours I finally got in in touch with a customer service rep that made it almost impossible to simply cancel my order.
