Where to start!!!?? I have had Mcafee as my anti virus protection for years. The first time it ceased working I had to take it to PC world and have my hard drive wiped and re set costing £90. Several weeks later it stopped protecting my computer again. I phoned technical support at Mcafee and ended up speaking to someone who couldnt speak english coherently.
