i requested a refund as product did not do as expected. I got an email stating that a refund was granted on November 17 2009 for cost (62.94 usd) SafeCart refund reference # [PTLC-U301009-61CAJ. It asks that I wait 15 days for refund to be posted back to mycredit card and to date Febuary 23 2010 I have not seen eny credit on my credit card.
