Learned lesson hard way to never trust trial periods anymore no matter what the product is. Everbrite Smile charged my card 10 days $87.47 to my account, the trial was to last 14 days. Took 2 phone calls and 20 minutes of complaining to the company to finally get them to reimburse my money. I was not only upset that they charged my card before my trial period ended but I never got the product plus they wouldn't answer questions I was asking them...I noticed on everyone else complaints that they are the same problem. I will look for my refund within 10 - 15 business days, hopefully I am done dealing with this company! Major fraud! read full review »
