I wish I read these complaints before I sent for the product! By the time I received ORTHO WHITE product I had two days to use it before canceling! It was over the holidays and I did not get the chance to use the product. When I called to cancel the representative was pleasant. But later I received a charge on my credit card for $78.41 after being told when I canceled that there would be no further charges or shipments.
