Fred Perez has provided (and managed to top only himself through my nightmare) the worst service I have ever encountered in my life! Under no exaggeration, Fred Perez at the Moritz BMW body shop in Arlington, as well as the entire staff that witnessed most of my NIGHTMARE, was not only rude and crude during my entire ordeal but has upset me to the point that not only am I contacting the BBB I have filed 2 separate lawsuits resulting from his beyond unacceptable "service"!
