Dear Sir, I have been purchased a Maruti Ritz Ldi car from Allianz Motors, Safdarjug Enclave Delhi in this month only. At the time of deal dealer promise us to give some car accessories and one year extended warranty on the car but while delivery day came they have asked to get the eccessories and warranty paper after two days. Now its been 17 day over and three times I visited the dealership but no body entertain us also not taking my calls evenwhen I tried to talk the owner of the dealer ship he did not respond properly, try to avoid us.
