Took monthly payments from my CC account for a non-existing product. I was the same as others and had ordered a tooth whitening "Free Trial" which I cancelled within minutes of placing the order! It has cost me over £100 to date but the good news is that I have managed to contact the company and they cancelled the subscription without any argument. They obviously are relying on people taking a couple of months to work out what is happening before trying to cancel.
