I bought a TV from Buy.com on 2/12/2007 with rebate of $150. I sent in all the required paperwork, the copy of the receipt, UPC and rebate form on time. Later it turns out that the rebate company that buy.com uses to return the rebates has filed bankruptcy. It's been almost 2 years now and Buy.com has not refunded me my money yet. I paid it to them.
