I bought this machine August of 2009. I have had nothing but problems with it. First the rollers completely melted on the thing on it! I only used it for 2 weeks!! I contacted ab cirle pro, they sent me a new machine and sold me a warranty for 3 years for 29.99. The second machine lasted about 3 weeks. My knee keep sliding out of the knee holders. The rollers went bad on this one as well. Once again I contacted ab circle pro, they were to send me out new rollers and locking bolts. A month later, I still did not have my parts.
