Same as everyone else. I eas offered a disaster Aide kit $4.95 showed up. Got my bank statement and 104.95 was taken out of my account. Call and got rude customer service rep said no refunds.I also have sent emails. We can call them with the # on my bank statment 877-231-2803. I am on sick leave and would not authorize a product that is not even worth $ 4.95. read full review »
