Hello I used two different credit reporting sites this past year. I canceled membership to both sites but now after having a look at a credit card I rarely use, I see that there has been a hefty charge each month since my initial use. I have contacted them and they say that my account is not canceled but no one will get back to me with any details. Understandably, approximately $30 per month is not a large sum of money but in my current situation, every dollar counts.
