On August 4th I purchased a 32" Hitachi television from HSN and at the same time I also purchased the $74.85 Protection Plan that was being offered by National Electronics Warranty Corporation. I contacted HSN several times over a period of 6 months inquiring as to why I hadn't received it. With each call I was assured that it would be taken care, of but it wasn't.
