I had an accident in december whilst i was insured as i am self employed i need my vehicle for work and to earn money ... it has taken a month for them to finaly sort out my claim, and get my van into the bodyshop for its repair and offer me a courtesy car that im entitled to ... i missed a payment for my insurance this month and now they have said their not going to pay and ive had to pay for the courtessy car myself .. i offerd to pay them 6 days later as ive had to borrow money to do this and they would not re activate my insuranc ... read full review »
