This company attached its antivirus / spyware program as an addware to a download. I did not authorize it as an add on but it download anyway. Once downloaded it locks up the computer and blocks all access to other programs until you imput a credit card number and authorize payment. they also charged additional fees that were not authorized. there was a 30 day money back guarantee if you canceled within the first 30 days. I immediatly canceled (same day) but have not recieved a refund. read full review »
