I ordered an article of clothing on Feb. 5 and it just arrived today on the 23th. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and I live in the southeast; they're located in Winter Park, FL. One lady I spoke to said it was sent first class but turned out to be parcel post. Shoddy packaging and a real lack of concern seems to be this middle man's stock and store. Each rep I spoke to seemed jaded and apathetic and really just wanted to transfer me to someone else.
