I visited Applebees for my Mother's Day dinner with my husband around 3:30p.m. My waitresses name was Billie; who did an excellent job. Upon arriving, the building was very cold. My waitress said that she would let the manager know that I said that it was cold. I had on a long sleeve shirt and I brought my jacket and it was still too cold to eat my meal.
