I had placed two separate orders for delivery at the same address well in advance of delivery date. The first order arrived but wasn't what I had ordered at all. Instead of pink longstem roses, she got limy yellow roses which were wilted badly. The second order I placed to a dear friend who was not only celebrating her birthday but the end of her cancer treatment never received the flowers I had ordered.
