My name is Ryan McConnell and I was recently charged $57.61 for what I believed to be a chance for a grant to go back to school. I initially paid $1.97 for what I thought was just a chance to be able to recieve a grant. I was sadly mistaken. I applied for the grant 2 months ago when I had a job and money in the bank.
