This company has owed me money since August 2010 and refuses to credit me for my returns. I have been trying to deal with this since August 2010. Their customer service is abominable, and I have now read numerous complaints just like mine on websites all over the internet, as well as with the Better Business Bureau. They do not offer a customer service phone number as they prefer for you to deal with their online representatives.
