I need to complain about Nokia care services. I bought a phone on 22nd February in HK Mongkok, I did not tried in the shop as I do not have a line at that moment. And I tried that evening in China and realized my phone is not working. I brought it immediately to Care Service in Beijing and been informed that it can not be repaired and need to be sent to Factory. And I have been told that this process may take a month or more!!
