Dear sir /madam I want to draw your attention towards the concern which I have against the phone bill of Airtel No 011-46055478 account no 11662189. The connection was installed at 8012 D-8 Vasant Kunj New Delhi -110070, since I shifted from that place I had given request for the transfer of the connection to the new address on 21-08-2009 At first I was told that it would be done in 7 working days.
