Similar complaint to those already posted. This is a scheister organization. I ordered the free trial, never received it, called them to report same and to cancel so as not to get caught up in their auto mailings. After many holds, over 20 minutes and speaking to some supposed supervisor, they said too bad, too late, must be the post office, no returns even unopened, and we've charged you anyway.
