I was scammed as well. While paying my Capital One bill online I got a popup that asked me to do a one minute survey on Capital One in return I could choose a free gift. I chose the DisasterAid kit thinking it would be useful in the car in these times of bad weather. I was told I needed to pay $3.99 plus $1.00 shipping and handling in order to receive the free gift.
