This is a total SCAM. The tooth whitener trial was advertised as costing in the region of £3 - £4 maximum (cost was in US dollars). The advert was incredibly innocent and was allegedly a British housewife who tried it and said it was a brilliant product...RUBBISH! When the sample arrived my credit card had been charged at approx £80 twice and had joined me into some Fitness/Diet Club which I had not asked for and ended up paying in the regionof £16 per month for 3 months.
