I ordered a pair of tall black boots for my grandaughter for christmas, I received them. I tried them on. However they were tooo tight. So I gave them to her as a gift & ofcourse they didn't fit her too tight, narrow. I tried to email them at OneUgg to no avail. Still waiting to get some closure to this issue. I would say do not order from this company the aggrevation isn't worth it. My credit card company is involved now. I'm hoping they can get intouch with them.
