I bought a samsung cellphone costing Dh 1259/- from Jacky's Deira City Centre show room. Within 3 to 4 days the problems began. On dialing the recorded message states zero balance but on dialing 121 the balance shown is Dhs 20/-. Immediately I reported the problem to which I was infromed that the sim card was faulty. I got the card replaced. But still the problem persisted.
