On 1/11/10 I called Dell support to ask why a flash drive wouldn't work in my 5 yr. old computer and they proceeded to talk me into buying 5 different software products (Webroot Window Washer, PC Tune Up, System Mechanic Professional, Windows 7 Home Premium, and Office Home and Student 2007) and a external hard drive.
