tata indicom sold one haier cell phone to me 0n 18 feb. 10 with an offer of 1500 min free.tag. when I submitted my id. card ( driving licence, address proof and 1 photo, they asked 1150 Rs. which I paid. It was in Thana, Mumbai. MY NO. 9222722931.They promised immediately it will be activated. Even after 2 days it was not. I had to go to gallery again. They showed false surprize.
