We have been with Direct TV since 2004. We have talked other people into going with Direct TV. At this time we have no Direct TV.This is the first time I have had to complain.They had me in the floor trouble shooting with a tech for 2 hours. All the while me telling them a tech needed to come out.They finally decided to send a tech on 5/25/09, which is Memorial Day. We went to get groceries and came home and had a message they would be out on May 24th. read full review »
