First, I ordered my "trial supply" for $5.95 on January 10, 2009 and was then told the product would be at my home January 15, 2009. WRONG! Never received the product until January 20, 2009. Ten days was already up. I called the company on January 21, 2009 to cancel my order. Spoke with customer service rep "Von". Informed her that I wanted the order cancelled and nothing else charged or billed to my debit card. Also asked the rep if I sould sent the trial sample back.
