Dear Sir, I had been to Dubai last week with my family for holiday. I had a very high expectation about citizen's comfort and rights in Dubai. But unfortunately I got shocked, a hotel can, t provide a quiet atmosphere for its family guest! Hotel (Highland City Hotel) is below standard, Most of the staffs of the Hotel are nice, but some serious problem with TOP Management (Mr GEET of SRILANKA) !
