I was under the assumption that i used the product for 14 days to call back before the membership fee would be taken out. i tried it for one day and they charged my account. this is bad service. i would like to speak to someone, not file a complaint online. i did try to cancel the day i got the product and was told to call back after 14 days. read full review »
