My son bought an ASUS laptop. During the warranty period the processor fan got noisy and the laptop was sent to service for repair. It took three weeks to be sent back (two was promised). After repair half of the existing RAM memory was missing. After checking it was found that the memory was badly reinstalled with force and this had defected the mother board. Now they want the laptop to be sent back (for another three weeks?) with no extra compensation of several calls, packing material and loss of laptop use.
