I ordered a laptop from Dell on May 8, 2009. The order was confirmed and was supposed to ship on May 26th. (Just in time for my husbands birthday) When I didn't receive a shipment confirmation, I checked on the status of my order. To my surprise the order had been cancelled without so much as an email to me. I spoke with customer service, who transferred me to financial services who told me it must have been a computer glitch.
