Bought a Samsung Video camera at Changi Airport on 9th Jan. On it's first use by 17th Jan noted poor picture quality on the LCD panel, battery draining out in 20 mins and camera losing focus when shooting. Read all the instructions in the manual and checked all settings. Problem continues. Went to Samsung Service centre at 20, Toh Guan Road Jurong East and reported.
